Easy manageable websites with Google Sites.
How do you like the look of my website? When I first started building this site, I was very surprised how much you could actually achieve with Google Sites. Working at an advertising agency, I always worked with WordPress. And although WordPress is great, especially if you are a web designer, it is hard to gasp for the average person in need of a website. Services like Squarespace and Wix are also great tools with a bigger range of building options for websites. But they can be quite expensive if you want good features or don't want to see their ads on your site. So if you just started your small business like me, just want to have a portfolio or private website, I actually think that Google Sites is the best option for the cheapest price.

- Simple user interface for everyone
- Free with a Google Account
- No coding skills required
- No need for buying a hosting service. Everything is hosted by Google
- You can choose from different Themes or set your own
- Easy connection with other Google Apps like including Maps, Analytics, Slides, Docs, Sheets or Forms
CONS
What can't be achieved with Google Sites?
- You can't change the main code of the website
- So the design options are limited to what Google is offering
- Only functional enough for private websites, events or very small businesses. I would not recommend it for medium/big businesses or shops

MOTION DESIGN & ANIMATION
Making graphics and images move in videos or GIFs.
What is even better to catch someone's attention than a beautiful image? Right! A beautiful image that moves. With applications moving their focus away from still images to video content, it is more and more important to include graphics that move in some way or another. I love to incorporate small animations in videos or GIFs, make images move or start an animation from scratch. Either drawing frame by frame or animating with Adobe After Effects - it is always fun for me.
