Prices
Prices vary with scope of the project.
I know that sometimes it can seem unhelpful and annoying not to see a price list. The problem with illustration and design is, however, that the scope of projects can be as different as night and day. Do you want to have a simple line drawing or do you need fully coloured full page illustrations? Do you need simple icons for your website or built one from scratch? The hours it takes in these examples are significantly different, and so are the prices. JUST TO GIVE YOU A BETTER IDEA
The lowest prices probably start at 25 Euros.
I know that nowadays it is easy to find cheap labour from people who will not spend a lot of time or care about your projects. But that is not who I am. I will not use A.I. images to speed up the process or rush to the finish line, just to get things done. I am a detailed-oriented creative and want you to get the best possible result.Let's say you want a simple black and white line drawing of your loved-one. Great! This is the easiest process for me as an illustrator and if we communicate well, I can probably draw this for you for 25 Euros. If you wanted to add more people, animals, a background or typography, it will get more expensive. It all depends on what your vision is, so let's talk about it!
I WORK WITH PROJECT-BASED PAYMENTS, NOT HOURLY
And here are 6 reasons why it is better to have a project-based payment:
1 Predictable Fees
The great thing about having payment by project is that you will know the costs upfront. You don't have to worry about unexpected hours. There will be no budget surprises.
2 Prioritizing the Outcome
Since I know what the budget for a project will be, I can fully concentrate on the final outcome of the project, instead of counting the minutes while working or endangering the quality of work due to rushing through it.
3 Encouraging Creativity
Not only can I concentrate on the outcome of your project better when not billed hourly, but it also encourages me to work better creatively.
4 Reducing Misunderstanding
Before I even start with our project, we will have defined a clear project-base agreement. In that, we typically have defined set deliverables, as well as set timelines, leaving not much room for misunderstandings.
5 Collaborating Stronger
Rather than both of us sitting there with a stop watch, we can concentrate on collaborating and achieving the best possible outcome.
6 Paying for the Value
Instead of concentrating on the time spent on the project, you will pay for the value of the work.
TERMS
I will give you a written Project Information Agreement before we start the project.
To make the collaboration as clear as possible, we agree on certain terms beforehand. Some of them are non-negotiable for me. But don't worry, there are not as harsh as it sounds. It's just a tool to be on top of any misunderstandings so that both you and me can be on the same page and achieve the best outcome!
